With plenty of rooms and space for family and friends to enjoy, this custom built house is available for you to rent: Large kitchen together with dining and living room area, all new appliances, deck off the dining room, cabana in the backyard with a 75 inches TV, Fire pit and Adirondack chairs, 5 Bedrooms, exercise room (including Peloton, the Mirror, Nordictrack treadmill), 6.5 bathrooms (including outside shower), attic with 2 couches and fun video games (80s arcade games and a dome hockey), and not to forget, an upstairs Balcony with a continuous breeze from the beach. Rental includes 5 beach badges, beach chairs and umbrella, Grill, 2 bicycles, and all utilities. Saturday to Saturdays. No Pets. No smoking/no vaping on premises.
