The Woodlands cabin is located close to the main street in Mentone, AL. Enjoy a quiet stay at a very secluded cabin, which is close to Desoto State Park, Lookout Mountain, Chattanooga, TN, and Little River Canyon National Preserve in Fort Payne, AL. The Woodlands is perfect for a weekend getaway!!! Starting July 1, 2025, we will be PET FRIENDLY!!!! Pets up to 35lbs will now be able to stay at our cabin.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The Cabin was very cozy. We did enjoy the Fireplace since there was still snow out around the fire pit. Unfortunately the places close to the cabin were not open during our visit. Maybe another time. We would definitely stay there again.

The cabin was great! It was very clean and welcoming, and it was stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend. All of the 'extras', like the grill, firewood, candles, movies, games, walking stick, binoculars, etc, made this place even more homey and special. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We definitely plan on going back!

This!!!!! These owners go above and beyond any property we have leased!!! Property was exactly as described and some added features including anything and everything we have at home. Including a “Just in case we forgot something” basket. The cabin was super clean and cared for. The cabin is in a quiet and private setting but close to town. We didnt see any wildlife but saw tracks. The owner is prompt to respond for questions and friendly. This is our new favorite property/owner!! Will see yall again the next time we can head north for a few days!
