OCE222U - Top floor unit located next to the beach & boardwalk, and near all of the boardwalk action also! This 2BR 1 bath rental is a great deal with 4 badges to the beach also included. Recently updated unit has ac units, wifi, 1 car parking & more. For larger rentals consider BOTH units (upper & lower) for a total of 4BRs 2 baths +!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Great spot in Point Pleasant Beach. The unit is very nice and clean and perfect for us. Close to everything. Second year, renting and expect to be back again next year!

Can't wait to stay again

This property was so clean when we got there I was so impressed! We loved all of the windows in the living/dining room it was bright and helped create a happy mood! The location of the property was honestly perfect. There was a laundry mat, bagel shop, and breakfast cafe right out front. Not a long walk to fish down by the inlet, and private walkway onto the boardwalk making it so easy to go back and forth! Whenever we had questions we received prompt answers. I already informed other family members about this property so we can try and book multiple units at the same time for next Summer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you so much!
