Point Pleasant Beach, NJ - Entire 1st floor rental. This beach house is bright and well decorated with beach motif décor. Open floor plan.

Our home has just been updated with new tile floors through out the unit, that look like hardwood. Kitchen has new granite tops and tile backsplash. Bathrooms have been updated - vanities with granite tops and new light fixtures over the vanities.

You'll love the large, open floor plan (living room and kitchen) decorated in a modern layout, which is great for large families. Very large open room that has a lot of seating.
Professionally Cleaned and well maintained.

****Point Pleasant Beach has a NEW garbage ordinance:
No garbage bags are to be placed at the curb without being in a garbage can.
Recyclables are to be placed in the garbage can without a garbage bag.
All garbage cans are to be removed from the curb before 1pm on collections days.
You can not mix the garbage with recyclables, they will not pick it up.
Point Pleasant Beach is issuing tickets for not following the garbage ordinance.
Point Pleasant Beach has hired an employee to that goes around and takes pictures of the garbage that is in violation. Everyone had to label their garbage cans with their address, so they know who is in violation. If we receive a ticket for you not following the ordinance we will have to pass that fee onto you after your stay. We are sorry to have to do this on your vacation, but everyone needs to follow the rules. Thank you so much for understanding and doing your part.*** Point Pleasant Beach is trying to keep our town beautiful.

I stayed here last summer and we had a great time. Plenty of space for kids to run around and the most seating we have had in any summer house. You can beat the location. Its close to the beach and boardwalk.

The home was perfect for our extended family of 6 adults and 2 children, ages 5 and 7. Great open common area of living room and kitchen, pus 4 nice bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. Great condition, well appointed, and the owner was very responsive. 5 minute walk to boardwalk and beach.

Wonderful family vacation , will return next year!

Booking this house for a week was such a wonderful experience for my family . Michele was so hands on, easy to communicate with and a fast responder. Her house was immaculate, the AC was heavenly with the excessive heat , the outside shower was such an asset with the kids . Great location. Loved this vacation.

Family vacation

Had a wonderful week with my husband, son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter, daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and everything you could possibly think of; especially toddler baby toys. Arnold Avenue is a Main Street but the house is sit back from the road; making it very safe.I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to be close to the beach but far enough away from the noise. The owner, Michelle, is a wonderful host. She’s such a pleasure to work with and it’s full of many recommendations. I this rental a 10 out of 10.

Summer family vacation at Point Pleasant Beach

Our family had the most enjoyable beach vacation at Michele's beautiful home in Point Pleasant. The location could not have been more ideal, just a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach and also to the supermarket in town. It is also very convenient for anyone taking the train from NYC, since the train station is only a couple blocks away. The bathrooms and kitchen were spacious and updated with new appliances. The beds were very comfortable and the a/c worked very well when needed. The house had everything you needed for a day at the beach with umbrella, pushcart and chairs (we brought our own chairs). The owner provided the badges to have access to the Jenkinson's beach which was an added plus. Having an extra large washer/dryer was also helpful with a family of five. Michele, the owner was very easy to communicate with and she provided a very detailed information sheet beforehand and at the house so we had no problems during our stay. We would definitely recommend Michele's house for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation at the NJ shore!

The property has a great location. More than the beach, there’s a great downtown within walking distance. Do you like pickleball? Again, right in town, within walking distance. I would stay here again!

Michele is the perfect landlord. She was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home. Amazing MDW

I am born and raised in NJ. I have spent my summers at Point Pleasant Beach since I was a young child. I have so many fond childhood & family memories. My memories includes going to the beach, boardwalk, riding the rides and going to the arcades. We would go fishing off the pier. I love to go to the beach or take a walk on the boardwalk and take in the salt air.

I love my location, my house sits nestled in the back part of the property away from the street. It is close to the beach, boardwalk attractions and a short walk into town. I love sitting our on the deck, whether it's sun bathing, dining with my family , or just reading a book in a lounge chair.
