This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with a screened in back yard patio is splendid for families or groups up to 10 guests. Located in Champions Gate, it is just a short drive from MCO airport and all Disney Parks ( Epic Universe, Magic Kingdom, Epcot,Animal Kingdom, Universal, multiple Golf Course, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex & many water parks). The home is in a central location with many Bars, Shops & Restaurants within walking distance from home.

The Fountains - February 22 to March 4, 2023

This beautiful home was perfect for our vacation - just as you see in the pictures and descriptions. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, new appliances and within walking distance to restaurants, Walgreens and Publix. Great pool within 5 minutes and not crowded. Carla was great to deal with and responded immediately to my questions. Hope to visit again next year!

The unit was clean, nice to have 4 bathrooms. Wished a few more amenities were available such as a dishrag, laundry pod, a trash bag, hand soap. Etc.

Beautiful home, super clean, great location

The home was very clean, spacious and decorated very tastefully. It is located in a great area with restaurants and shopping nearby and easy access to the parks...aprx 20-30 minute drive. The hosts were super responsive and replied essentially immediately to all questions. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle with additional vehicles on the street. Kitchen was very nice but we did not use it. Washer and dryer available, but again we did not use them. The garage has a small gameroom set up, but it is not air conditioned and would be very hot in summer months. We were comfortable in February. The owners/hosts have locked the thermostat so all changes have to be made through them. While the hosts are very agreeable and responded promptly, I did not care for this process. In the middle of the night if the temperature was too cold or too hot, I personally did not feel it was appropriate to call/text the owners to request a temperature change. The Master bathroom did not have a door, again, my personal preference would be a door for privacy. This was a lovely home with a lot of space.
