Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The home was beautiful, clean, and perfectly equipped. Even though it was a short visit, we made the most of every moment and would definitely come back for a longer stay.

House was clean provided a welcome pack of tolitieries as well as a few snacks and water. If staying multiple days with family, purchase tissue, paper towels, etc. If planning to cook, I recommend bringing spices. The pool was kind of small, but it was nice to have for the kids to cool off. The amenities were nice as well just could not enjoy, because of the weather.

Fantastic staycation

Brought my daughter and her friends for a spring break staycation! The splash pool was perfect for them to swim around. Plenty of space for everyone! Great communication from the property manager. Check in was a breeze! Will stay here again!

Air conditioner was not working upon arrival. Contacted host and it was fixed the next day. Was still warm in the house for us as host controls temp. Fridge was not very cold, dishwasher leaks, provide silverware for 4 guests in a house for a 10. Pool area has weeds, dirty Kleenex in ground we pickup.

Awesome Property Management

This stay was not planned as we had another house already rented. However, the initial house didn't work out. I contacted the property manager in the middle of the night and Juan responded almost immediately and worked with me to get my family moved right away. He even met us at the house to make sure we were ok and the house was to our satisfaction. The house was clean and very comfortable. Thanks Juan and KG properties for turning our bad experience into something good.
