The apartment with a size of 21 sqm is located on the ground floor of a MFH. There is a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen. The center of Dresden can be easily reached by tram within 10 minutes. Within walking distance are 5 minutes walk on the Kesselsdorfer road numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. Wi-Fi is free for our guests. Facilities include linen, towels, toiletries and hair dryer. The city charges a tourist tax of 6% of the room price for guests aged 18 or over who are not in Dresden for business reasons. This is to be paid locally.
