The Space:
Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by tall pines, this two-level home offers comfort, space, and a layout that works beautifully for families or groups. Walk in to find a bright open-concept kitchen, dining area, and cozy reading nook with a sleeper sofa. Down the hall are three bedrooms: a king room with an en suite bath, a second king, and a queen bedroom—both near a full hallway bath. Off the kitchen, the living room features a large sectional, gas fireplace, and views of Mt. Elden. Head downstairs to a private bunkroom with four double beds, a full bath, and a second living space with a big-screen TV—perfect for movie nights or kid hangouts. Outside, enjoy a front-deck fire pit, a hot tub on the back deck, and direct trail access into the national forest.

Whether you’re rolling in solo or with a full crew, you’ll have space to spare. While no garage space is available, the driveway can fit 2-3 cars comfortably!
➼Traveling with Little Ones? We’ve partnered with BabyQuip to make family travel easier. Guests can rent a sanitized pack ’n play and high chair, delivered directly to the property for your convenience. Rental costs are the responsibility of the guest and can be arranged easily through BabyQuip.
➼Winter Guests:
Flagstaff is a magical winter destination—and we make sure you're ready to enjoy it. Our contracted snow removal team clears the driveway whenever snowfall exceeds 3 inches during your reservation, so your arrival and mobility are always a priority. For added convenience, we provide a snow shovel and ice melt at the property to help keep entryways safe during your stay.
Please note: While we prepare the property thoroughly regardless of weather conditions, city-managed street clearing schedules are outside our control. If snow is in the forecast, we strongly recommend arriving before or after the storm and stocking up on groceries in advance. This way, you can enjoy the winter wonderland from the comfort of the home without travel interruptions. Due to these uncontrollable factors, we do not issue refunds for weather-related delays.

➼No Parties or Events: To maintain the peaceful nature of our neighborhood and the quality of our home, we do not allow parties, events, or unauthorized guests. Flagstaff enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 6 AM, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our community. House rules are thoughtfully enforced.
➼Hot Tub Use & Guidelines
To keep the hot tub clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that guests shower before use to prevent oils, lotions, and debris from affecting the water balance. The hot tub is professionally serviced, but maintaining proper pH levels is a shared effort. Please also avoid glass near the spa and always supervise children. Use the cover when not in use to preserve heat and cleanliness. Thank you for helping us care of our spa!
➼Fire Pit Etiquette & Safety
Our propane-fueled fire pit is perfect for evening chats and s’mores under the stars. For safety, never leave the flame unattended, keep a clear area around the pit, and ensure the gas is fully turned off after use. Once cooled, please replace the cover to protect the unit and maintain performance.
