I built this home and condo in 2001 it is built with ICF(insulated concrete forms) which makes it very sound proof and very eco friendly.
Why they chose this property
It is a great area which is close to Asheville, Hendersonville and Brevard all within about 25 minute drive. It is also very close to the Asheville airport and the Ag center(which hosts many event and shows).
What makes this property unique
This vacation property is located less than an hour from Hendersonville, Asheville, Lake Lure, Hickory, and Shelby, NC. Downtown Marion, Rutherfordton, and Forest City are only 25 minutes away. This property has beautiful mountain views
