Whispering Woods... a peaceful modern rustic escape nestled in nature. Our 3 bedroom renovated cabin is a perfect retreat for couples, families, friends looking for easy access to all that Shenandoah valley has to offer. Guests can enjoy the Covered Porch with movie projector, Hot tub on the deck, gather around the Fire Pit, a Hammock under the tall oak trees and an indoor Fireplace. Keep an eye out for deer and a variety of birds. You’ll feel like you are worlds away from the hustle, traffic and noise!

Whispering Woods ❂ Our 3 bedroom cabin is recently renovated and decorated using locally sourced antiques which add a flavor of Virginia country. It is situated between Shenandoah National Park and Massanutten mountains. You’ll experience the magic of woods while enjoying the comforts of modern & cozy interiors. There is plenty of seating areas indoor & outdoor for guests to gather or spread out. The cabin is built on 1.3 acres of tall mature trees.

✦ Shenandoah River: Go Kayaking, Canoeing, Paddle boarding or Tubing! The Shenandoah River Outfitters are just 5 mins walk where you can rent equipment. Or just walk to the river to take a dip, do fishing or skip stones. River access/ Boat launch 0.6 miles away.

✦ Hikes in the area: Within 10 miles of the cabin there are beautiful trails for all ages and adventure levels on the Massanutten Mountains Range. A 20 miles drive into Shenandoah National Park / Skyline Drive will give you access to hundreds of miles of hiking trails including the Appalachian Trail.

✦ Luray town/ Luray Caverns: 15 minutes drive from cabin you can walk the beautiful downtown of Luray for access to Wine bars, Brewery, Theatre, local tea/coffee shops, Restaurants. Luray Caverns are the largest caves on the East Coast.

✦ Skiing in the area: Massanutten Ski Resort is 45 mins drive. Bryce Ski Resort is 1 hour drive.

✦ Wanna just stay in? Soak in the HOT TUB. Light up the GRILL. Hang out by the FIRE PIT. Beat the high score on the BOARD GAMES. Look out for some forest friends... deer spotting, bird watching. There's always something to do at the Whispering Woods.

The entire cabin is yours for the duration of your stay.
Keyless entry code will be provided for cabin access.

***Other things to note***
• There are insects big and small that migrate in for cozy temperatures despite all our efforts to keep them out. It’s a cabin in the woods! Please keep the doors closed at all times.
• Wifi is maintained via hotspot due to the remote location of the property. It gets spotty, especially during rain, storms, or overcast conditions.
• A step at front door (not handicap accessible)
• Upto 2 dogs allowed. Sorry, no cats.
• Gravel road to the property - 0.2mi from the main road. ***In wintery weather conditions, AWD recommended***
• Closest grocery store is 15 mins drive in Luray town
• We are located on a quiet street. There are other homes/cabins on the street but the closest home is 100+ feet across the street. Our 1.3 acre lot which provides enough elbow room for guests to enjoy our cabin.
