Take in a panoramic view of the Blue Ridge Mountains from this four-bedroom farmhouse in a pastoral valley just outside downtown Weaverville.
This two-story home is wonderfully situated for exploring, with the renowned Blue Ridge Parkway easily accessed six miles east. The restaurants and conveniences of Main Street Weaverville are three miles west, while Asheville's famous restaurants, breweries, galleries, and music venues are nine miles south.
This property makes the most of its setting, with beautiful outdoor spaces that include a ground-floor patio with a private hot tub, a stone firepit encircled by Adirondack chairs, a fenced lawn sloping down the hill, and a shaded deck with a sofa and fire table. All of these enjoy the same stunning view of the mountains.
Inside, the living space is open, polished, and full of light, beginning with a living room that features a seasonal gas fireplace and a soft sectional. The adjacent kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a large dining table, and glass doors that open to another deck with a gas grill. For your after-dinner entertainment, take advantage of the Ping-Pong table, the family room downstairs, and the high-speed WiFi. there is a card table with board games for adults and children located downstairs. The living room, primary bedroom, and family room each have large flatscreen smart TVs. The guest bedrooms have 32-inch flatscreen smart TVs.
Please note that on July 31, 2024 the Twin over Double bunk bed was replaced with a regular Queen size bed.

-The gas fireplace is operational from October until March.
-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: This home is monitored by exterior cameras. These cameras are not actively monitored during your stay.
