We purchased MermaidBay on 30A in early 2021 after falling in love with the Seagrove Beach area, beautiful community setting, pools, nature trails - and close proximity to the beach and walking distance to shopping, wonderful seafood markets and dining along 30A. The home has a host of recent upgrades like hardwood flooring, granite counters an upgraded kitchen and personal touches of our own with all new paint, downstairs flooring, decor, linens, towels, and more.
