Wake up to amazing sunrises from 8th floor views of the turquoise blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean! A silvery, white, soft beach awaits for a barefoot early morning walk or ,sandcastles by the sea.
The Caribbean Condominium is a luxury beach side experience. You are welcomed with a 19 story open atrium lobby and a scenic glass elevator ride offering breathtaking views.
Parking is safe secure in private in our underground garage!
Daytona Beach is truly one of the best Florida beaches for active people, it is flat and wide open. Perfect for walking, jogging, bicylcing, one-wheeling, all sports, driving golf carts, cars or 4 wheelers - whatever your heart desires.
Amazing views are visible from the Primary Suite, the Family room, Dining room and kitchen.
This unit is spacious and can accommodate up to 8 people sleeping and dining. The large balcony has an additional dining table with seating for 6 more. You are close enough to the beach and water to watch your kids in the sand. The placement of our pool deck on the side of the building versus behind the building allows for all day sun, warmth and amazing breezes.
This unit offers a full sized washer and dryer in your unit and a trash chute on the same floor.
This location is ideal with nearby restaurants, ice cream parlors, equipment rentals, life-gaurds on the beach, and tons of local activities from Deep Sea Fishing to paddle boarding and Parasailing to surfing and wave running.

Our building did not get any major damage from the last 2 hurricanes. We DO have direct access to the beach. It is built like a fortress and has recently cleared all recent structural engineer inspections.

Condo was great

The condo was great and just what was advertised, it felt like home away from home. Had everything you could ask for plus more, the umbrellas and chairs were perfect for hanging out at the beach. We will definitely try and stay here again, Karla and property manager were so easy to work with. We had an awesome vacation

Beautiful condo on the beach!! Very clean well kept condo that is fully stocked with everything you need!! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!! We felt comfortable there like a second home!! Would highly recommend!! Karla is great to work with very responsive! The property manager Nick is also great to work with! He is on site and very happy to help! We would rent this condo again!!

A place to revisit

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The location was good and we could walk to shops and restaurants. The pool was clean and well maintained with plenty of sun loungers. The view was so wonderful. From there, you can see the beautiful ocean and we were also lucky enough to catch a couple rocket launches from the balcony.The condo itself is comfortable and everything you need is there. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Condo!

The condo was very nice. The location is great and the views are spectacular. The condo complex have all the ammenities and ample parking. The pool is beautiful and clean as well as the pool deck. The condo is well equipped and has plenty of beach gear. The owner is easy to work with and answers any questions or issues that you have. There is also a property manager on-site to help with anything. If you love the beach, you will love this condo. Thank you to Karla, the owner for everything. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

So relaxing

Our family of 7 stayed for 8 days at this location. The condo was a bit dated, but so wonderful to stay in! Everything was clean and neat and the building was quiet. The few people we met in the elevator were friendly and courteous. Working with the manager was a joy, and being right on the beach was so relaxing. The kids loved using the boogie boards available, and they were excited to look down from our balcony early one morning and see a few small sharks in the water. We were within a short drive to everything we wanted or needed. We would definitely stay here again if in the area for an extended time.

Great condo on the beach

We were in Daytona for my son's Gymnastic competition. I communicated with the host Karla a lot before our trip. She was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions. She is a great host. The condo is beautiful. It's right on the beach with a great view. We would definitely stay here again. The beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards that are included with the rental was a great bonus for our family since we flew to Daytona. A few things they could change: The toilets are old and don't like to flush very well. As a luxury condo they should really invest in a few new toilets. Also, the front door lock is a bit hard to get unlocked and there were two closets and only about 8 hangers total. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
