Luxurious condominium direct oceanfront with beautiful views from your own living room balcony and master bedroom balcony.

The building offers a unique 19 story atrium lobby.
Tropical garden is breathtaking with palms, flowers, marble fountain and 2 glass bubble elevators. Two (2) week minimum rental. In 2023 new stairs were built for beach access.

Fully equipped kitchen features a tray ceiling and beautiful fan. Your own laundry room is just off the kitchen
