GUYS This villa is the 'Cream of the Crop'
I live in St Louis, Mo and I wanted a place to park at my front door and then walk off my back deck into the sand and have the deck between me and the beatuiful Gulf.
This is it. I have refurbished the whole inside/out of this villa. It doesnt get much better. I didnt want to climp up any steps/I didnt want to park across the street and walk across an parking garage bridge I didnt want to go up an eleavtor. I wanted to be truly on the beach. THIS IS IT.

Why they chose this property

This Villa is west of both hwy 79 and Peir Park about an mile. Its the perfect location from the stand point its on the western edge of the action but still quiet. Still have great access to get to everything.CHECK OUT SLIDE SHOW VIDEO ABOVE PITURE CLICK ON IT
