Located exactly 17.3 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park, 12.5 miles from All Star Baseball Village in Oneonta, 14 miles from SUNY Oneonta, 29.5 miles from Plattekill Ski Mountain. This home overlooks a spring-fed freshwater pond and is home to retired race horses.
