We had a great experience at this house. 3 families stayed there for the Cooperstown Dreams Park baseball tournament. The house was very convenient to the ballpark, just about a 7 minute drive. The house itself was big enough for our group, with plenty of space and WiFi for some of us to get some work done between baseball games. Everything was clean and ready to use. The pool was great, it was fun to hit some golf balls in the back yard, and the pellet smoker produced a great meal for all. James the owner was extremely accommodating, responsive, and gracious. Check in and check out were a breeze. Any questions I had were answered quickly. If given the opportunity we would for sure stay there again.

We had the best experience. Home was very close to Dreams Park. We had everything we needed. Fantastic experience! The beds were a little hard which was the only thing we had to say that wasn’t 10/10. We ordered some mattress toppers off Walmart and it was smooth sailing from there! Great experience. It’s super beautiful and peaceful! Highly recommend. We will def try and book again when we return in 2 years for our youngest son!

We stayed at this property for a baseball tournament. The proximity to Dreams Park was perfect. It was 7 minutes away, it made it very easy to pop back and forth between the tourney and the house. We could cool down in the pool quickly before having to run back. There was a ton of room which allowed for separation if you wanted it and privacy. We had a few baseball siblings that were able to run the property, look at the cows, golf and swim allowing the adults time to relax. The owner and caretaker are extremely responsive if you needed anything (we didn’t!) and it was close to the village of Cooperstown and a dollar general to grab anything you need or forgot!

Easy location to get to and from Dreams Park quickly! Beautiful views, pool was a huge hit for the kids, patio/bbq was the hang out spot!

Perfect for our group

This property was exactly what we wanted. It was super close to CDP and fit our needs perfectly. If you need a practical location with a practical house that fits a group this is the house for you!

Great property and location for Dreamspark trip!

We loved this property, the location and grounds were fabulous. We had a couple of unforeseen issues during our stay, the boiler/water heater failed, which was a bummer, but they tended to the issue very quickly, and both the owner and property manager were very communicative and concerned about making our stay enjoyable even with this unexpected issue. We would definitely come back if we are in the area!

Great Cooperstown Dreams spot

Stayed here with 3 other families. You are less than 10 minutes from Dreams park. It has a lot of space both on the property and in the house. Lots of places to hang out and lots of places for the kids to run around. Would stay here again.

Great stay for Dreams Park

Wonderful house. Very spacious and everyone had their place to be. Kitchen extremely well equipped. The pool was amazing and a great way to cool off. Super location close to a couple great breweries and an easy drive to Dreams Park and downtown. Would absolutely stay here again! Perfect for big groups.

So fun!

The backyard is so amazing, the pool, driving range, and grilll were all so wonderful. We had other parents over in between our games at the dreams park to grill and hang out. So close to the park and downtown. We would definitely stay again!

Great House!

We had a great stay at this beautiful house in Cooperstown. Clean, plenty of space and a convenient location. Minutes to the ballpark and grocery store. Kids loved the pool and golf hole, while the parents enjoyed the patio and peaceful setting. Hope to stay here again!

Great property for our family!

We stayed here during our baseball tournament week. It was a great home away from the ball fields. Plenty of room for our family. We loved being able to relax and hang out at the pool and watch the cows. Had a slight issue with the water temp but Shawn, the house manager, responded right away and had it fixed early the next morning. Would love to stay here again!
