About the host
Hosted by Barbara
We are retirees who discovered Wilmington not quite two years ago. After years in New England we were thrilled to find a new home in a climate that offered a short and not-very-cold winter, an early and long spring, a hot, sunny summer, and a mild, extended fall. We love the easy living, the access to both riverfront and beaches. Historic Wilmington is charming and there are lots of museums, music events, restaurants, parks, pickleball and tennis courts, etc. It's a great place to visit...and live.
