Topsail Dunes Condo is located on the North end of Topsail Beach and provides for a much less traveled area. Guests will have access to the entire unit and balcony with the exception of locked owners closet. North Topsail is a hidden gem on the coast of North Carolina. A quiet getaway that boasts an amazing beach and spectacular views. Topsail Dunes is very quiet and has a very family friendly atmosphere. Beach and pool access is only a few steps away from condo.

My husband and I and 2 boys (8 and 6) are huge beach bums and are always looking for great places to stay on the North Carolina coast. Justin and Ashley's North Topsail condo did not disappoint. They were the kindest, most responsive, wonderful hosts. The condo itself was literally just steps from the beach, perfect when my 6 year old wanted to run back to the condo "real quick" to grab more beach toys. The lock was easy to work, even for our kids. The couch was perfect for all 4 of us to lounge and watch the World Cup and the beds/bedding were SO comfortable. Parking was also incredibly convenient. We will absolutely rent from Justin and Ashley again!

Short family vacation

Our stay was perfect even with a little rain. The place is decorated beautifully and very clean. Being located right on the beach was a blessing with all the beach things to tote. We would definitely stay at this place again.

We had a nice stay! Location was great. Very quick walk down to the beach. Views were incredible. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs - one less thing to pack! Unit has a washer and dryer which is always nice for beach stays.

Great vacation rental

Stayed here with my family, including two small children. The condo had everything you needed and is steps away from the beach. The views were amazing and the complex as a whole is very nice. We had a great summer vacation here.

The proximity to the beach/ocean may be the closest we’ve ever stayed. The beach was never too busy, parking always available, paper supplies and detergent provided, and a couch big enough for everyone. The primary bedroom has a very comfortable bed with beautiful views. This is the perfect place to get away from those other commercialized beaches. Our last evening we saw a pretty cool lightning show over the water. And some people we ran into at the pool said they saw dolphins!

Amazing week

This being our first Vrbo let’s just say we will certainly have high standards moving forward! We had an amazing week at Top Sail and the condo was beautiful and truly felt like home away from home. Not paradise, its heaven

This place was right on the beach. From the porch and from the master bedroom you can enjoy being so close to the ocean. I had a wonderful relaxing trip. Id sit on the beach all day and read until it got dark. They do offer beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. I would definitely go back again.

Piece of paradise!!

We couldn’t ask for anything more beautiful sunrises and sunsets! It was very quiet, very peaceful and the condo was very tastefully decorated with all the amenities that we could possibly need during our stay! It was our first time to topsail, and we will definitely be returning again using this property! The host were excellent! We arrived early for our stay, and they were very accommodating!! Definitely would recommend this property !

Relaxing!

I absolutely loved my time at topsail paradise! The check in and check out process was so simple. Location was awesome! Beds were comfortable! They even went as far as providing beach chairs & an umbrella. I honestly can't say enough good things about our stay here. Communication with Justin & Ashley was also top notch. My only complaint is we couldn't stay longer. Looking forward to more trips here.

This was our first time at Top Sail Beach! This condo was absolutely perfect. We were literally steps from the beach. The chairs on the patio and beach towels were the best added addition. The pool was just a short walk over to the next building. The bunk room was perfect for our 3 kids. The sleeper was perfect for my MIL. The mattress in the primary bedroom was the absolute best. I cannot wait to book this condo soon!!
