Heating and air conditioning are provided by heat pump in the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. The bathroom has a separate heater. In winter, heating is turned on one or two days before arrival to ensure a comfortable temperature. Free parking is available on the property. Charging electric vehicles is not permitted.

Tolle, hochmoderne Finka in mallorquinischem Stil in einer tollen Lage

Pros: ALLES. Die Finka entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mallorquinisch eingerichtet, die ganze Aufteilung der Wohnung ist super, toll ist der Outdoor-Grill. Der Pool ist ein Traum, zudem hat man, wenn man möchte, den ganzen Tag Sonne, abends genießt man die Zeit in der Lounge. Es war alles PERFEKT. Wir kommen wieder. Cons: Es gibt gar nichts zu beanstanden.
