Just 3 miles from Indian Wells tennis garden, 10 miles from Empire Polo club, and 4.9 miles from Acrisure Arena, nearby local shopping, this home is close to it all! The resort-like community has 46 pools, pickle ball, tennis and a fitness center! The home is fully stocked from the kitchen to the laundry room. Get cozy with fresh linens and a brand new Smart TV in the living room! The Tennis/Spa membership is available so that our guests may enjoy the amenities (pickleball/tennis/athletic club) for an additional cost paid directly to the Clubhouse. STR2023-011. Tennis/Spa Membership provides access to:
-13 tennis courts
-12 pickleball courts
-Athletic Club (additional fees paid to clubhouse to access memberships)
-the 46 pools and jacuzzis, including a Junior Olympic pool at the Clubhouse, are available to enjoy without accessing membership. The closest pool is just 3 doors down with new pool furniture and fencing in 2024! Plenty of pool towels are provided. *Tennis/Spa Membership expires 12/31/26*
