Séjour correct avec moisissures +++

Bon séjour dans cet appartement, belle surface pour 4 personnes, très belle vue du balcon. Mais un bémol ! La moisissure dans les toilettes est inadmissible et inacceptable pour un logement de cette catégorie. A revoir très rapidement. Avis aux prochains locataires, vérifiez bien la propreté des wc et salle de bain.

La vue et la localisation heureusement

Les points forts : la localisation (accès direct plage et commerce), la vue (mer et piscine) et les piscines comprises avec le logement Les moins : ménage à l’arrivée compris à améliorer (sanitaire peu propre et sol très mal lavé : pellicule de saleté), heure de départ 10h tôt quand enfants en bas âge et état de l’appartement dans son jus (mériterait un rafraîchissement, meuble de cuisine en mauvaise état et changement du mobilier)

Appartement cap d agde

Propriété très bien situé,dommage que le ménage qui est censé être fait pas une agence de nettoyage ne soit pas fait nous été obligé de le faire à notre arrivée. Il est pourtant compris dans la location. Sommier cassé sur les lits à étages réparer 2 jours avant notre départ par la agence c est inadmissible. Je ne passerai plus pas une agence très déçu.

Appartement très bien situé, à la fois proche des commerces et des plages, mais légèrement en retrait pour être au calme. Il est spacieux, c’est agréable d’avoir 2 chambres séparées, avec fenêtre. L’immeuble est calme, après ça dépend beaucoup des voisins immédiats (il suffit de voisins parlant fort sur leur terrasse en pleine nuit pour gâcher la tranquillité, ce qui a été le cas les 2 derniers jours). Dommage la piscine était fermée à cause du COVID, mais Interhome nous a accordé une remise

Positif : fonctionnel - spacieux - bien équipé - accès piscine - belle vue sur la mer et piscine - Négatif : appartement qui mériterait un bon coup de rénovation et de remise aux goûts du jour - un store extérieur serait le bienvenu - La place de parking : étroite - difficile à se garer si vous n'avez pas une petite voiture - n'est pas dans le même bâtiment que l'appartement (accès handicapés)

Excellent logement , annonce et réalité bien en accord ! Il est bien situé , bien équipé, propre , avec ascenseur, avons passé un agréable moment dans ce logement. ( juste rien d'important ... peut être remettre la déco au goût du jour )

Trop cher pour le nettoyage pour 4 personnes payer 100 euros je trouve ça honteux la location vous reviens cher en comptant le nettoyage de fin Avec ça l'appartement devrais être niquel de fond en comble

Vue magnifique sur la mer

Superbe vacances malgré quelques petits soucis en arrivant (télécommande du garage qui ne fonctionnait pas, problème avec la barillet de la porte de l'appartement, propreté des lieux à revoir). Vue magnifique sur la mer et la piscine. Piscine adaptée aux jeunes enfants (notre petit bout avait 20 mois) et magnifiques endroits à voir.
