Des hôtes très accueillants et une situation parfaite pour profiter de la mer comme des sites touristiques. Bon confort, beaucoup de rangements et une literie de grande qualité. L'appartement a toutefois été long à réchauffer (il faut dire que la semaine à été exceptionnellement froide et que l’immeuble était très peu occupé). Un bémol sur l'implantation de l'évier de cuisine, coincé entre la machine à laver et le frigo, il est impossible d’y travailler de face.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement, très agréable, grand, très bien situé face a la mer, les commerces sont au pied de l’immeuble.On peut partir à pieds jusqu’au port par le chemin du littoral: 3kmAppartement très bien équipé, 2 grands lits, ce qui est rarissime, climatisation, et le must : douche spa avec musique et leds couleurs intégrés!Hôtes charmants!Merci beaucoup!

Superbe appartement avec vue exceptionnelle sur la mer

Très bel appartement avec une vue magnifique, face à la mer ! On adore ! Très propre, bien équipé,calme, très agréable avec son grand balcon qui permet de profiter de l'extérieur et de la vue sur la mer. Idéalement situé, à 50 m de la plage et à 2 pas des commerces et des restaurants. On peut également profiter pleinement de la piscine de la résidence. Sans oublier les 2 places de parking. Tout y est !!! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous y retournerons avec un grand plaisir !

Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien in Cap d‘Agde verbracht. Es war ein toller Urlaub und ein sehr schönes Appartement mit einer tollen Einrichtung.Das Vermieterehepaar war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Außergewöhnlich

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unseren Gastgebern empfangen, die jederzeit für uns erreichbar waren und alles taten, damit wir uns wohl fühlten. Die geräumige Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts, wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt. Bei schlechtem Wetter, was leider bei uns dieses Mal oft der Fall war, kann man die Glasfront am Balkon schließen und trotzdem angenehm warm und trocken sitzen und die wunderbare Meersicht genießen. Die Nähe zum wunderschönen Strand und zu den Läden und Restaurants der Mail de Rochelongue macht das Auto überflüssig. Aufgrund der Größe, der Ausstattung und der Lage ist diese Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous sommes arrivé à l'heure prévue, les propriétaires nous attendaient. Très bonnes explications sur l'appartement et sur les sorties environnantes. Pas de bruit du tout mais nous étions au mois d'avril. Nous avons bien apprécié les emplacements de parking.

L'appartement à une magnifique vue face à la mer, bien équipé, il est bien très bien placé, face à la mer. Proche des restaurants et commerces. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et vite joignable. Le petit bémol, qu'il faut prendre ses serviettes de bains. Nous avons passés de magnifiques vacances avec les enfants

L'appartement est idéalement situé avec toutes les commodités à proximité ainsi que la plage très calme juste en face. Je recommande cette location pour des vacances reposantes et sans voiture.

Appartement conforme en tout point à la description. Matériel mis à disposition de haute qualité. Rien ne manque : lave-vaisselle, sèche-linge, salle de bain bien équipée, etc... La vue est superbe. La situation au calme et à 2 pas des commerces est un plus très appréciable. A signaler également la belle qualité de la literie. La perfection serait de trouver quelques produits de première nécessité en arrivant : savon, quelques filtres à café, etc... En tout cas nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location et n'hésiterons pas à la recommander.

Très agréable séjour dans un très bel appartement fonctionnel et meublé avec goût. Nous reviendrons surement pour d'autres séjours dans ce lieu et le recommandons à nos amis. Cerise sur le gâteau, il faisait beau et chaud et le vent avait décidé de se calmer.

Tres bel appartement et superbe vue

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement très bien équipé. Les commerces sont à deux pas, nous avons profité des nombreuses animations de saison (marchés, soirée salsa, etc...) et sommes allés nous baigner tous les jours (plages superbes, bord de mer peu profond, idéal pour les enfants et les non nageurs). A recommander.

"Wir haben einen erholsamen Herbsturlaub in einer super tollen Wohnung verbracht. Die Einrichtung war ganz neu und und es mangelte an rein gar nichts! Es war mit Abstand die schönste Wohnung die wir in all den Jahren in Frankreich angetroffen haben."
