Spacious home filled with natural light offers the best of both worlds: quiet setting, yet minutes from local beaches, shops, restaurants, and bike trails.

Comfortably sleeps 8. Recently updated with high end, tasteful finishes and accents.  Home features an open floor plan with newly remodeled kitchen/dining/bar area; living room with 65” Smart TV and sectional; dreamy master bedroom includes private balcony with café seating, ideal for morning coffee while overlooking the serene conservation land. The upstairs bathroom is sprawling, with its huge glass shower, dual granite vanities, separate water closet and 2 linen closets.

Embrace the outdoors from the 7-seat hot tub, as well as from the expansive deck with Weber gas grill, fire pit, dining table & chairs, and relaxing sitting area; outdoor shower.

Practical amenities include high speed WiFi, central AC, washer/dryer, beach chairs & towels, cooler, Bluetooth speakers, KitchenAid mixer & fully equipped kitchen. New range convection oven with integrated griddle and air fryer installed Oct 2023.

3 full bathrooms (main level, upstairs, and basement).

Hypoallergenic dogs will be considered for an additional fee. Please inquire before booking.

Wedding Weekend Stay

We stayed with a group of friends to attend a wedding nearby. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! Lots of towels, beach chairs, speaker etc. Great location close to downtown and beaches. Would definitely come back again!!

Wonderful time had by all!

We just spent a wonderful Fall weekend at this charming home. Our family was attending a weekend’s worth of wedding activities and this was the perfect place to accommodate our group. The owner of the property was very responsive and accommodating. The pictures of the property are very nice- but the place feels bigger, brighter and even more welcoming in person. The beds are super comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious, everything in the kitchen is well stocked a brand new appliances- and the master bathroom is one of the nicest of any ZVRBOs we have stayed in. I would not hesitate to recommend this vacation spot to others. I would love to come back during the warmer months to enjoy the area and take full advantage of nearby beaches, biking, etc. We split our time between Harwich and Chatham, and this was a perfect location. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cozy cottage

Drew was a great host, communicated well and very hospitable. The cottage is nicely decorated, simple and very clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable and relaxing. Our weather wasn’t great so we did not take advantage of the outdoor amenities. The kitchen was stocked with appliances needed for cooking and baking and had both coffee machines. Was a very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend a stay here on 8 Ruth Lane.
