This newly renovated home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths,and is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. This home is centrally located and convenient to the Chatham's vast selection of shops, dining, and recreational opportunities. With over 2,200 sq. ft of living space set on a private level lot of almost a half-acre, the home provides plenty of space for friends and family. A warm and inviting first floor includes an open concept kitchen with dining area, pantry, sunroom, large living room with built-ins, first floor master suite, and half bath. The second floor has 2 substantially sized bedrooms, a family room and a new full bath. This home comfortably sleeps 8 and has a pull out couch on the upstairs family room. There is a large deck that is great for entertaining!

Great location and great for families

Great location in Chatham within a few minutes drive to downtown and beaches. Hosts were excellent to deal with, the property was clean and accomodating for all age ranges.

Beautiful Cape Cod vacation house. Close to beautiful downtown Chatham and fun beaches. House was in great condition and plenty big enough for our house of 6 adults (parents and 4 teenage/20s kids). Highly recommend this house and the owners were very easy to contact and work with.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in North Chatham. The location was perfect—quiet, scenic, yet close to everything. The house was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the peaceful back porch and garden—perfect for relaxing mornings. Great place central to the Cape

We loved this place, it was central to Cape Cod and bike trails, beaches etc. the owners were great to work with. House was clean and comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Lovely sprawling home with plenty of space for a crowd to linger and cozy bedrooms. I only wish my entire family were staying, and we could utilize all the amenities it had to offer. The grounds were also lovely with a large deck surrounding. We’ll be back!
