The property is nestled against Linville Gorge and showcases a professional 18 hole disc golf course which hosts the College Disc Golf National Championship. This property has high-speed WiFi, underground utilities, and city water, all a rare find in the heart of the NC mountains. A huge wraparound porch complete with rocking chairs, additional outdoor chairs, picnic table, and a gas grill (direct line to propane which we provide) for outdoor enjoyment awaits. The serene outdoor fire pit is just a few stepping stones away from the porch, with a hammock in between.
