The property is located in Springmaid Mountain. Cell service is very spotty, and you cannot be guaranteed a signal. This made it difficult to access Vrbo for check-in instructions. There was an email with access to a website where you could click on a Check-in button where you would think would give you a code. But since we were not given the key code in advance there were a few minutes of confusion and stress as the property office was closed. Once we were able to get a phone signal we contacted Joe who provided the key code. The property was very clean and comfortable if outdated. We noticed that the light over the sink did not work and there appears to be a leak over the porch roof as there was a wet area on the deck and chair due to rain that day. We did enjoy having our coffee looking out over the creek and watching the horses in the field. It is very pastoral.
