This newly remodeled second-floor condo is located in the back of the complex, across from the shared pool/hot tub area. The entrance to this condo is on the front side of the building. The open living room has seating for guests with a comfy sofa, 2 chairs, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The balcony is right off the living area, enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the ships sail by through the CC ship channel.
The modern kitchen is perfect for practicing your cooking skills with new stainless-steel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, pots, pans, and utensils. There is spacious granite counter space and a bar area for dining and entertaining with seating for 3 at the bar. The dining area is open to the living area and has a beautiful table with seating for 4 at the table. The guest room (BR1) has a queen bed and TV. The master bedroom (BR2) has a King-size bed, nightstand, chest, and TV. The shared bathroom has double vanities and a tub/shower combination.
The washer/dryer is tucked neatly in a closet in this bathroom which can be accessed by both the living room and the master bedroom.
The Marina and Ferry are within walking distance to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are 0.5 miles away and it is a quick 1.3 miles to the beach.

Cozy, Clean, and Convenient

We loved this 2 bedroom condo. It was perfect for a couple or small family! Convenient location to the ferry and restaurants/bars. Quiet and peaceful at night. Just as pictured, very clean!

Nice New Years getaway

We booked last minute to spend time in Port A for New Years. It was a nicely decorated condo but scarce on amenities. Bring your own hair dryer. There was nothing to clean with. It would be helpful if a kitchen countertop spray was available to wipe things down. No ice trays to make ice so be sure to grab a bag. Other than that, we had plenty of pillows and blankets for a family of 4. Beds were comfy. Would stay again.

Port A July 2023

The property was nice, quiet and well-kept. The condo was mostly clean upon check in. The dishes were not clean and we had to wash before use to remove stuck on food on silverware and coffee rings from coffee mugs which had been stored in the cabinets and kitchen drawers. It seemed as if the past tenants had simply just put the dirty dishes in the cabinet without washing them before checking out. Space is limited in the restroom, if you are a bigger person it is a snug fit to use the toilet. The barn style doors do not open much more than in the picture which makes it a snug fit in and out of the room especially if you are carrying anything. The beds were comfortable and the space was good for our family of four. We would stay here again in the future.
