This Charming, remodeled island home sits on a large lot in the heart of Old Town Port A right off of the Ferry. It is within walking distance of restaurants and shops and a mile from the beach. Great for a couple or small group. This property features two bedrooms (BR1) & (BR2) both with queen-size beds and one bath with a tub/shower combination and sliding frosted glass door. (BR1-Queen, BR2-Queen); There is also a futon in the living area that folds out to provide more room for sleeping arrangements for a total of 5. Full kitchen with Keurig-compatible coffee maker cookware and utensils to accommodate your cooking needs. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors to provide access to the balcony to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or to just relax at the end of the day and soak up the view of town. There is a large yard for children and pets to play, a charcoal grill for dinner and entertaining, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. TV in the living area and complimentary WIFI. Bring your family and the boat and enjoy everything Port A has to offer.

Guys trip

Had a comfortable stay, I will definitely be recommending to friends and family. I'd actually be interested in renting the same unit in the future with the wife and kids. Plenty of space and the location was perfect, close to stores , shops and of course the beach 👌🏽

Pet Friendly

Nice quiet place to stay. Clean with a regular washer and dryer. We were able to bring our little dog with us and he loved it. If you like the night life away from the beach it is right around the corner from Treasue Island and Bernie's. Overall it is a convenient location. The inside of the house could use some renovating though.

Nice clean place

We were in a good location to get to stores and the beach. Only issue we had were the floors were a little wonky. Daughter cut her toe on the first day on the uneven flooring. Kitchen utensils were pretty well stocked - but would still bring some of our own kitchen stuff.

Great location and parking!

Exactly as described. 2 bedrooms, jack n jill bathroom, absolutely wonderful balcony. There was a bed and futon in living room but there is room to put a twin air mattress too. The only down side was that every time we used the stove the smoke alarm went off. Other than that, great stay!!!!

Room needed a better cleaning

There was sand in one of the beds. Bath tub could have used a lot better cleaning and there were knats or some type of small bugs in kitchen.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Last year we stayed here and said the home needed lots of improvements. It has recently had a new roof, new kitchen cabinets and the deck rebuilt so we gave it another try. The location and layout of the house are great, with lots of parking and storage areas. We had room outside for a boat and two cars with space behind the boat to store bulky ice chests and fishing gear. Unfortunately it still needs a little more work. Some of the lights (kitchen, closets) don't work, the dishwasher didn't clean, the ceiling fans are a bit complicated, chairs on the deck need replacing and the laundry room was stuffed with old cabinets and broken furniture. I think it is a good home and the price is right, but would like to see a few more improvements before I stay there again.

This place was just ok. We have stayed in many vrbo in Port a and this one didn't impress much. Pictures were different than what the place actually looks like. The flooring was not wood, no head boards to the beds, table and chairs were different. All furniture was older and is poor condition. The front door had a huge gap to where daylight was let in, and looking out of the corner of your eye you would think the door was open. The light fixture above the sink was damaged and the ceiling was falling apart. Like I said this place was just ok, more suitable for men on a fishing trip. Not a family vacation.

Not what was expected

Locked out as key would get stuck and could not open door. Property management sprayed WD40. They were going to call back to change locks. Never got call. Fought locks whole trip. No toilet paper had to go buy. Towels provided are thin and scratchy. The toilet is a kid size, only one and the seal is broken and are always scared when using it is going to break. Beds were fine, AC worked great.
