The community clubhouse offers a community swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf.
Getting Around:
Renting a car is the best way to get around and explore Orlando/Kissimmee. You'll have free designated parking when booking our property.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

Our family had been affected by the hurricane (Milton) during our vacation and needed immediate accommodations to extend our stay. The owners were immediately responsive to our needs prior to the stay and at every moment during the stay. The pool was amazing after a long day of walking. The decor was amazing and the sleeping accommodations were perfect for this family of 8. Would recommend hands down. Just remember the words, amazing amazing amazing..

IF YOU WOULD LIKE POOL HEAT, IT MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING PRIOR TO CHECK-IN (as it requires up to 24 hours to heat). TO ADD THIS AMENITY, YOU AGREE TO PAY $35 PER DAY OF USEAGE.
There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.
We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (2) per reservation. Up to (2) cars may park in available parking spaces in front of the home.
Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean!
Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored.
No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.

Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.
