The host was very responsive and answered all questions. The house was very nice and no issues. The only complaint, which isn’t one, the furniture needs replacing. I loved how it was so close to Disney, shops and restaurants. Overall, I would definitely rent again. The area was also safe to stay at.

The place and pictures didn't match.There is a mildew odor smell in entire place. I couldn't check im at 4 pm, so they offered me a late check out, I declined and they offered 3 days free heater.Now they are not honoring that settlement.The bbq grill doesnt work, sink broken, pool cloudy and filthy. The washer machine ruined some of our clothes and bounced so much it ends up on hallway. The customer service is the absolute worse. We had other friends stay in same vicinity and there place was much nicer and we'll kept.I will avoid any future property that these people manage because it us awful. It is honestly one of the worst places I've ever stayed at.Lazy river is nice.

Epic Trip

We stayed in this neighborhood 10 years ago. Still amazing value for the money. Some of the clientele of the resort are questionable. No crime, but vaping and young inexperienced drivers take away from the old nostalgia of the resort. House was great and comfortable. Great proximity to Disney but a little far for Universal Epic.

We have inconvenients with check in process because we didn’t receive the link with the instructions. There was no hot water in the bathroom upstairs

Excelente estadia! A casa é maravilhosa, aconchegante e espaçosa. Tudo estava limpinho, inclusive os talheres, copos e pratos. Os eletrodomésticos estavam todos funcionando, os banheiros estavam limpos, com toalhas limpas também! A roupa de cama estava limpinha, assim como os quartos! A piscina é uma delícia! Só temos elogios para fazer!

We enjoyed this vacation home! The children enjoyed the small pool. The location was great for our stay. Centrally located to the Convention Center and theme parks. There was plenty of space for our party of six. The home was adequately furnished for our needs. Most importantly, the home was clean. I mentioned a few maintenance items at checkout and was promised they would be immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this home for a visit to Orlando!
