The Cape house welcomes you with modern vibes and coziness. The kitchen is fully equipped. All 4 bedrooms have queen beds and black out curtains. The full bathroom comes with shower/soaking tub combo and superb water pressure. House is equipped with a office desk, chair and reliable WiFi making it suitable for a home office. The smart TV in the living room is perfect for a movie night.

The space
This house stays true to its name. It is a cape style house that was recently fully renovated top to bottom with a cheerful "red front door" welcoming you! The lower level has the open concept kitchen with dinning that flows into the living room. On the lower lever are two bedrooms and the upper level has two bedrooms as well. The bedroom have black out curtains and have comfortable queen beds with lush beddings. There is a full bathroom on the lower level stocked with your bath towels and all the toiletries you need to have a great. All bedrooms have a window air conditioning unit for your comfort. The living room/dinning area also has a window air conditioning unit. The house is fully heated for the cold seasons! The kitchen is fully equipped to make a perfect meal. There are cookware, dinning and all necessary cooking utensils. The kitchen comes with a Keurig coffee machine, a toaster oven, Ninja blender and of course a microwave! The house comes fully stocked with all the amenities you and your guest will need.

There is a private driveway parking with capacity to park two cars conveniently!

Great little house

This house was perfect for the 4 of us. We all had our own bedroom and shared the bath. It’s very clean and close to everywhere we were going! The home is modern and the beds were comfy! I would stay there again. Great home!

Just as we hoped it would be

We had a great stay in this house. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. All the rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment. Cozy retreat

Property and amenities are exactly as advertised, exceptionally clean. Owners very responsive and kind. Property is on a main road, which was busy. However, location is excellent for what we needed to do in Manchester. We would definitely stay again.
