Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take out the trash, trash chute is on your left as you exit the condo.
Log out of your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other streaming services accessed via our TVs
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Per HOA, quiet hours are from10PM to 8AM. Any child under the age of 18 years old should be supervised by an adult at all time.
No smoking allowed inside the condo or in the garage. Cigarette monitors are installed inside and the host will be notified when smoke is present.
Max Occupancy is 8 people including teenagers No unapproved visitors without permission. DO no take balcony seats on the beach! AC temp min 70F.
