This is the perfect loft for your visit to Kansas City. 1300sf of space packed with 2 TV`s, Queen beds, Netflix, high-speed internet, and everything else you could need. Please reach out with any questions, I would love to host you! Heads up, this is an older building so the walls can be a bit thin.
Please note the two sleeping areas are not fully enclosed rooms. One is a room with no door and one is a loft area above the condo. Both sleeping areas do offer privacy.
There is PLENTY of street parking right in front of the apartment on admiral blvd or the cross streets.

The loft itself was spacious, simple, and very large. I found it to be a unique space, and I love unique spaces. There were plenty of dishes, a coffee pot, and simple condiments for coffee. The bed was comfortable, closet was spacious, and it had a washer/dryer. The bathroom was quaint but clean. The loft is located in a great spot; then City Market & KC Convention Center were within walking distance, which I did as I was watching my daughter coach at a VB tournament. LOVED the City Market. I used the parking garage but it is definitely small and a little weird to navigate. However, I did use it & it felt safe. I will definitely stay again if/when I return.
This property was a great place to stay for our quick getaway.It was centrally located to all the places we wanted to go with easy access to the hoghways.
We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect! We were a short walk to the River Market and only 2 blocks from the Streetcar. The loft was clean and just what we needed to enjoy our visit to Kansas City.
The property was very nice and was perfect for our family of 4. It has everything you need there. The loft area with the second bed has a low ceiling, which isn't ideal but we only used it for sleeping, so it was manageable. We enjoyed our stay!
This was the perfect Kansas City experience for our family. There is a wonderful breakfast restaurant only a short walk away as well as other food and shopping options. The location was easily accessible, provided secure parking, and an easy drive to Arrowhead Stadium. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again.
Went on my bachelorette to KC and stayed here! The place was very clean, and we loved the loft atmosphere. Francis was very easy to communicate with if we ever needed her.

Great location, nice loft, only down fall was the walls are very very thin. But neighbors were respectful. No parking issues, we did not use the garage, it was a tight fit.
We had a great experience staying here! Good location right next to the river market. The rail makes getting around convenient and easy. Apartment is clean and as advertised. The Italian restaurant across the street Anthony’s is a hidden gem. The owners and bar tenders gave us plenty of recommendations and the food and drinks were great. I would def recommend, but if you have kids those stairs would scare me a bit lol. Great time! Great host!

Great location! Close to the River Market, Power and Light and the T-Mobile center. The owner was quick to respond and answer all my questions. There was a lot of space in the condo and the kitchen was stocked. The garage parking was tight and would be hard to maneuver with a larger car, but it worked for us. We were very happy with our stay here! We will visit again.
Alot of space in loft, but could get a little loud with the high ceilings. Was glad we were able to park in garage since it was downtown. Nice open kitchen met all our needs except i needed a can opener. Close to the train stop and a nice Italian restaurant across the street. Pretty quiet for being downtown.
We loved the location. Is an easy short walk to the T-Mobile center and the Power and Light District. Downtown KC does have some homeless population but we felt safe walking as it was well lit and an easy walk. Check in was easy. The place was very comfortable. I will say the walls are thin and we heard the neighbors TV all night long both nights. Sounded like they were right in the room so a fan or white noise machine would have been good.
Beautiful, very clean and very comfortable in all aspects. Coffee, creamer, filters etc provided. Could use some wine glasses and more drinking glasses but otherwise well stocked kitchen. Nice new towels and nice new bedding. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Good communication with host. Garage area VERY tight for even my Kia Optima but street was not busy during the weekend and free parking right in front available at all times. Great location. Quiet area. Short walking distance to City Market and Street Car.
