Jean was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole rental process! So many in-unit amenities, amazing beach access, nice pool, and a great spot for nearby food/grocery shopping. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, fun stay in Maui :)

Loved the location!!! The condo was equipped with great kitchen appliances, great beach gear, and washer and dryer. The communication and thorough instructions were appreciated as well as local recommendations! Would 100% stay there again and will recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful Condo, clean and well stocked, a true blessing for air travel. Host had great suggestions and very responsive. Resort pool, hot tub, and grills were all well maintained and used but never crowded even on a high travel week. Would most definitely stay here again.

Jean was very friendly and welcoming. The condo is furnished beautifully. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need if you plan on cooking. There are plenty of herbs and spices that are available too. The view from the lanai is a wonderful place to wake up to with a cup of coffee. Hope to be a repeat guest! Thank you, Jean!

Beautiful getaway!

We had such a great time at this beautiful condo. We loved the location and all surrounding food options. The condo was stocked with everything we could have needed and more. The breeze through the condo was amazing and we loved spending mornings on the lanai drinking coffee and my daughter loved night swims in the pool. We will definitely be back !

Absolutely amazing!

Home was very clean, kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking! Beautiful view, great pool, definitely feels like you are staying at a high end resort. Will absolutely book this property again.

Excellent condo & location

Condo was great and very well stocked. Jean was great to work with and gave us a lot of info and tips. Beautiful beach with turtles right in front of the property. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we come back to Maui.

Beautiful Home with Great Waterviews and an Ideal Host

This lovely home was as advertised, and then some. Convenient location, comfortable and attractive living, fantastic views and perhaps the most well-stocked rental we’ve ever visited. Jean is an excellent host, providing lots of information to help enhance the stay (eg great restaurant picks) and very responsive, yet unintrusive. We hope to return someday!

Great well-stocked location!

We had a great stay at Jean’s condo. Excellent communication from host. Lots of supplies, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and pull-out couch. Great location. We had fun in the pool and walking around the grounds. Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect for our family! We had 2 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space. The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with anything you could need. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. Jean was a wonderful host and has stocked this condo so thoughtfully. We loved the beach supplies which included boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and mats. We were grateful for the large beach towels and coolers to pack our picnic lunches. The beds were very comfortable and the AC & fans kept the condo nice and cool. The ocean view from the lanai is wonderful! We loved sitting out on the lanai and watching the sunset while we ate dinner. The resort is beautiful and relaxing. Our kids loved the pool and we used one of the BBQs to cook dinner one evening. Parking was easy and right by the stairs up to the condo. We had a wonderful Spring Break in Maui and having this incredible condo to come back to each day was perfect!

Spring Break 2025

This was a spectacular stay! We enjoyed the condo and it’s amenities. Everything we needed (like beach towels and mats) were available for us to use. Jean reached out prior to our stay and answered all of our questions. The condo was close to multiple grocery stores and great eateries, all within reasonable walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely condo. It had everything we needed and more! Loved walking on the beach and watching the sunset. Then a dip in the pool as well as hot tub. Beautiful location

Our family of 6 had a wonderful vacation at Luana Kai. We have stayed at many VRBOs before and this was the most well stocked condo we’ve experienced. The home had plenty of bath and beach towels and all the kitchen supplies you could need. Jean was very helpful and accommodating with any information or special requests. We all loved the beautiful ocean view from the lanai and swimming in the pool!

Fantastic stay again!!

Thank you to our host, Jean, who made our 2nd stay in her condo an amazing time again. Loved the pool, bbqs and the close walk to the beach. The kitchen is so well-equipped with extras including spices, condiments, baking supplies, and even icepacks in the freezer, Amazing balcony / lanai for seeing incredible sunsets. We made good use of the beach chairs, coolers, and mats, etc. It was another worry-free vacation. This Kihei condo is a great location in Maui. Highly recommended!!

We spent 7 days at this property in late September / early October 2025 and we had an excellent experience. We enjoyed spending mornings / evenings on the lanai where we could see the ocean with a cool breeze while enjoying some cold beverages The pool is also very nice and was never crowded and we were always able to get a couple of lounge chairs with an umbrella on the days we wanted to just stay in. We also enjoyed the location in Kihei since it was so close to several beaches, excellent restaurants, food trucks, etc.. The property itself was very clean, comfortable, with modern appliances, and excellent decor. Also, the owner is so nice and she sent us all kinds of recommendations of things to do / visit in Maui and made the overall experience so easy. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again if we make it back to Maui.
