Exclussive beachfront Condo with Ocean View Balcony. Located in a private beach next to the Wyndham Riomar Hotel.
Truly beach front with private gate to exclusive secluded beach; you don’t need a golf cart to drive to the beach . The beach is right there , few steps away. Resort like amenities for the whole family in the premises. Pickle and tennis courts , basketball court, sand volleyball and soccer courts . Swimming pool . Children playground and mini golf putting green .
Rio Grande has 4 PGA approved 18 holes courses ; all of them close by the condo.

On the opposite side of the beach you can see El Yunque Rainforest on an impressive mountain you should explore.
Security 24 hours, well cleaned and maintained facilities. Very private and peaceful.
Two Private Parking spots available. Also special area for bikes available too.

This condo was just perfect for us!! The living space and kitchen provided all the comforts of home including a full size washer and dryer!! The master suite was so comfortable to relax in after a busy day!! Our unit was so close to the beach the awesome pool. We loved our stay in Rio Grand!!

The location of this condo can't be beat. The beach is steps away, and post card pretty. Perfect for very long walks, or just lazing around. Most days we had it almost to ourselves. No crowds here!

Great, long beach, right there, perfect pool, lovely place, just as described. Bosque del Mar is a quiet, relaxing family environment, no loud music, adorable little children with loving parents and grandparents, everyone is very nice, gave us great restaurant suggestions, go to Oceano out on Rt 3, small, informal, best fish tacos ever, El Yunque rain forest is right there, spectacular drive (be careful on the curves) Wilda, our hostess is wonderful! Emailed us perfect directions in advance, be sure to use Siri, she can tell you how to get to places very easily and correctly. We had a great time, away from the ice and snow, highly recommend!

Great location!

We loved our stay at Wildania's property. It's clean, spacious, and well maintained. The beach was very private and quiet and we loved staying in this more tropical area vs. the hotel district. Very close to shopping and great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway!

Wildas place was great! We had everything we needed, with a beautiful property, great pool, and private beach just steps from the property gate - and a litttle playground for the kids! Wilda had us stocked with beach and pool essentials like chairs, coolers, pool noodles, boogie boards, and some sports equipment. Luquillo Beach and the rainforest were less than a 10 min drive away!
