Small but Cute

The cabin was clean and location was good! The ceilings are low so if you’re taller than 6 ft beware! Communication was good while we were there! Once we checked out, we had some concerns but there was no communication. We were disappointed because we did our best to solve the issues.

Peaceful outdoor setting

The spacious deck, hot tub, and fire pit provided a perfect setting to chill and relax. The rental's interior was clean and comfortable with a funky, houseboat-like layout. Had some ants in the bathroom and kitchen.

The Bear Minimum (pun intended)

Pros: Kitchen was well stocked with utilities. Sleeping and bathroom spaces were clean. Back deck was large and shady at times. Fans were provided and were much needed. Lots of good lighting inside and outside. Kenny was responsive. Owner kindly checked in several times. Check in and out directions were detailed and clear. Cons: Seating in the living room was limited. Couch and rug in the iving room were filthy. Kitchen seating space was uncomfortable and small. The dishes were dirty. Lots of ants everywhere. There were fly carcasses in the windowsills. The first floor shower was tiny. Location had noise from the highway. During our stay there was constant helicopter noise. There was broken glass on the ground by the jacuzzi. Previous guests left pet feces behind in the backyard. The outdoor motion light flickered on and off all night. The smoke alarm in the downstairs bedroom kept going off after removal of the battery. The cooking fan was not effective. There's a nail sticking out of transition strip of downstairs floor.
