Lovely home just minutes from gorgeous beaches, golf courses and fabulous downtown Venice. Very private pool area. Kitchen has quartz island and countertops and is fully equipped, including air fryer and food processor. Breakfast nook overlooks heated pool. Split floor plan offers privacy as guest room on opposite side of home has ensuite bath with walk-in shower and its own entrance to kitchen. All bedrooms have blackout shades. Primary bedroom has fireplace and French doors to pool. Streaming TVs in all bedrooms and living room. Gas grill and fire table for outdoor dining. Bikes, golf clubs, water toys, inflatable floats. Reclining pool chairs. Peaceful neighborhood, great for biking and walking. Five miles from Atlanta Braves training park.

We enjoyed our stay and loved being so close to everything we enjoy each time we go to Venice! Booking, check in, and check out was beyond easy. This home has plenty of room, a great pool (perfect temp at all times), huge master bedroom, and a large kitchen. We enjoyed our time and hope to stay again.

The house is everything pictured and was really clean. The host was awesome and very responsive to any questions I had. Check in was smooth and we had a great 4th of July vacation. Will stay here again more than likely

After experiencing the first hurricane last year, decided to stay a bit inland this time, figured a pool would be a plus. Very clean, well set up, spacious home that felt like HOME. The nice, warm pool was perfect for the evenings after a day at the beach. Would definitely recommend. Hope it's still available next year!

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful vacation. The host was very fast to answer us and help out with minor problem at residence. The home itself is beautiful and exactly as listed. Pool so refreshing and we enjoyed dining out next to it. Highly recommend this fantastic home. We give it a 10 out of 10!!

Everything we had hoped for in the Sunshine

Wonder Mid Century Modern Beach Bungalo

This house was perfect for out family of shark tooth hunters! The house was bright and beachy with a vintage mod feel. We were 10 minutes from downtown Venice restaurants and 15 minutes from multiple beaches. We loved the pool every afternoon after a day on the beach! Will definitely stay again.
