Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, exactly as advertised. Patricia was wonderful to work with as she was helpful, rquick to reply. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed at the home & at the beach, plus more! The kids loved the pool and outdoor shower. We also enjoyed viewing by the pond and watching the variety of birds. The location was perfect, too—just an 8-minute drive to Manasota Beach. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home!

We had a great stay at 5540 Rice Rd. The home was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the location in Venice was excellent. Everything was exactly as described, and it was clear the owners take pride in the property. It was a relaxing place to stay, and we would absolutely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Yes, the roads are a bit windy to get to the house but it's so far back that you don't get any highway noise just the chirping of the birds! A peaceful gem!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The home is just as depicted. Clean and well stocked, and tastefully decorated with comfy beds. So many beach necessities in the garage, as well as toys and pool floats. Laundry was helpful, as well as many beach towels. The pool oasis was enjoyed every afternoon, and made for some wonderful memories.
