Newly renovated with all NEW appliances, bedding and furniture plus located in Park Forest Neighborhood on N. Atherton St, you will have the best of all State College worlds! Our home is located on a quiet street yet walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants. Walk right down the street to a park with playground or two streets over to a Starbucks! All linens (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows) provided.
2.5 miles to Penn State.

You will love the modern, clean look of this home and the cozy neighborhood lined with sidewalks. Walk to Starbucks or ChickfilA for breakfast or sit on our porch with a coffee at home (provided!).

Best VRBO experience of all time. The house was even better than described/pictured. Located in a leafy and quiet subdivision, it was the perfect location for walking, biking, golfing, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Interiors were modern, visually appealing, comfortable, and welcoming. We loved sitting on the covered porch in the evenings and watching the fireflies. The host was quick to respond and provided everything needed for us to enjoy our stay. We will be back!

We had the best stay at this property! The home had everything we needed and was so clean/organized. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, every shop or restaurant we wanted to go to was within 5-10mins. The kids room with toys and games was a huge hit for our boys and our 5 year old loved the waffle station! We come up yearly to PA to visit family and can’t wait to stay at this property again!

The place was absolutely lovely! It was so clean, tastefully decorated, and in a beautiful area. We were so close to Penn State where our son is living white working on his PhD. Dawn was wonderful to deal with and promptly answered any questions that I had. I will absolutely stay here again when we come back to visit our son!

Weekend trip for NCAA volleyball

Enjoyed our stay and nice to have a place where the kids had separate bedrooms, and the kids loved the morning waffles. Clean, quiet, and a quick drive to campus.

What a great place to stay. We can’t say enough good things about Dawn or the home. It was as advertised, extremely clean, and exceptionally well prepared. Dawn was very helpful, gracious, and quick to respond! The toys and books in the kids room were a huge hit with my children, the outside activities were thoughtful and great as well. We enjoyed utilizing the waffle station every morning. This will definitely be the first place we look for any time we need a place to stay in State College. Thank you, Dawn!
