This is our second time visiting this property, and Eric, our host, was great and super helpful while we navigated some post-hurricane conditions. Despite early challenges, we managed to salvage our trip and had a peaceful, cozy time with incredible views. This is a family favorite for us. Thanks for the memories.

Great place for our family of four! We loved it and really appreciated the privacy at the beach. There are no big canopies or tents allowed and that was really nice. Communication was easy. Check in was easy! It was a great experience!

This was the perfect spot for our family. We really wanted a complex that was beach front, with a small number of units, and access to a private beach. With 24 total units, Mistral Condominiums checks all there boxes. This unit is on the ground level and literally steps from the sand. The free parking is also a plus. Eric was a super communicative and helpful host. We would definitely come back!

The best stay. Quiet location with the private beach access. Many tourist in the area with the nearby public beach but the private access was perfect for us. Would absolutely stay again. Great communication, perfect description of the condo.

Nice family getaway

We booked this largely due to the extremely easy beach access and that did not disappoint! Quiet-ish beach and ideal location near seagrove and rosemary. Tons of state parks nearby for swimming. Dune lakes and fishing. We enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. Being able to walk down a few stairs right onto the beach was great. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spaces available. It is located in a great spot.
