Beautiful place!

We stayed at this home for a soccer tournament for my son and it was perfect!! Place was so beautifully decorated, clean, heat and air worked well! Felt safe! So close to the beach and local restaurants!

The property was amazing. The pool still had some debris on the bottom. The patio and outside was exactly what I was looking to relax. Only to make slightly better is the guest login for the TV’s. Being that close to the beach was an awesome experience. The host were extremely responsive to any and all questions.

Had a wonderful stay at this property! Just as pictured but even nicer in person with plenty of room for everyone and we really enjoyed the pool. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation and will definitely stay here again,

Jax Beach Getaway

Nice home in good neighborhood that is close to Jax Beach. Home is exactly as shown in pictures. Very clean throughout and comfortable beds. Previous posts had stated that the outside was in need of attention, but don't let these comments deter you from picking this property. Outside is fine. Pool is well kept. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Jax Beach Gem

This VBRO was a good find for us and our dogs. The house was very clean, and had an open floor plan. We enjoyed the comfortable king size bed and refinished master bathroom. The pool and outside area had a lovely covered patio and sitting area with a large screen TV. Perfect setting to watch a Sunday afternoon football game. We would stay at this rental again. Convenient location close to the beach.

Great find

Very spacious place. Clean and modern. I’d say just match the outside to the inside and it would be top notch. The outside just needs a little TLC. This comment should not take away of how great this place was for our group. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Jacksonville Beach Family Trip

Great vacation property with fantastic pool. House looks just like photos with everything we needed. Easy check in. Host checked in with to see if we had any concerns Close to beach (biking distance) with many good restaurants nearby. Would recommend Dockside Seafood Restaurant and Taco Lu. Area is very dog friendly. Took our dog to the beach a few times (during the Summer beaches are dog friendly morning and late afternoon.) Nearby cemetery is good for shady walks as well. Overall a great stay.

The Pink Flamingo House worked great for our family of 7 plus our English Bulldog. We loved the location. It was a 12 minute easy walk to the beach. We really loved the salt water pool too. The backyard was perfect for lounging and dining. The interior of the house was spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the large dining table for our family dinners. The kitchen isn't really great if you actually cook. There are some missing essentials. There are plenty of dishes and drinking glasses but there are no wine glasses. The house was spotless and there were supplies that allowed us to keep it clean for the week. The beds were comfortable and the bath towels were very nice.We did have a couple of issues which were addressed and made right.

Fantastic stay at the Pink Flamingo House!

This house did not disappoint! The pictures do not do it justice! The house was very clean, inviting, and comfortable for our family. While the interior of the house was amazing and inviting, our favorite part was the backyard/pool area. The lanai and separate tiki porch gave us a ton of options for outdoor living when we weren't in the pool. My sons loved the hammock and swing chairs provided! The pool was very clean and my youngest son had a blast with pink flamingo raft. We will definitely be looking for a time when we can rent this house again for a longer stay (our schedules could only handle a quick weekend trip this time).
