Host is great with communication. A fair walk to the beach. There a couple things I would recommend fixing or doing but nothing worth making their ratings lower for. Overall would stay here again!

Such a cute little place, literally within walking distance of anything you need. Beds were on a supreme tier level, as I've not slept that good in quite some time (even went as far as to ask what type of mattress they have there so I can get one myself). 10/10 would absolutely stay again.

Full of light, clean and close

2-3 min walk to beach. Close to Hang Ten..grilled fish delicious and home made chips, fries, and hush puppies! Condo clean and light! Only way we knew it was dog friendly was dog treat jar. Beds comfy. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Nice getaway

Nice short walk to beach and eateries. Short drive to Freeman park beach, Would have liked if there was a balcony or deck looking out vs a closed porch. Also having another chair for seating due to small couch would have been more comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Watch your step on entry way from porch it drops 3 inches down and was very unexpected.

Such a cute place and great location! Conveniently located - we walked everywhere - the beach, Carolina Lake was a beautiful park area 2 minutes away, ice cream & the boardwalk with plenty of restaurants and shops. Just far enough to avoid congestion & noise but close enough to not have to drive and fight for parking :) The host were great too - very quick to answer all of my questions, and even though there was an issue with my door code, the "Host help" was able to get us in within minutes. The only thing missing was a hose to rinse off our sandy chairs (there was a hose bib), and maybe it was there - we didn't really look too hard to find one in the closet. Condo was clean, beds very super comfy, AC units worked great and really appreciated the covered parking (especially since it was pouring when we were packing to leave!)

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the beach. However, The upstairs master bedroom AC is not working properly.The staircase is unsafe for toddlers and elderly individuals as the steps are not deep enough to place your entire foot on when heading up or down the stairs.We found hair on the towels and bed linens so we rewashed them before use. There appears to be mold in the bathroom shower. The water smells like sewage, and the hot water only lasts for one shower.The couch smells like rotten food.Another vehicle blocked our second parking space.The parking spaces are very tight and difficult to maneuver in.Al though in the description it states that the place is a townhouse- I would say it’s more of a condo. The host was alerted of these findings after we left the rental a day early.
