Very easy to find the address, and convenient to some nice places in Boalsburg, as well as to State College. The House was as advertised. No surprises, other than some personal touches from the owners. We would stay again.

Thank you, Jess, for an easy rental process & excellent communication. The house was clean & very comfortable for our group of 10. There was plenty of space to share a meal & talk, both inside & out. When I told Jess our group would be larger than we expected, she made sure to have a very comfortable queen air mattress available. Having bed linens & bath towels provided, along with various soaps & shampoos, made trip prep easy. The house was a 10-minute drive from PSU, with easy access to everything you'd need (grocery store, restaurants, gas, etc.). We appreciated the grilled stickies & peanut butter rice krispie treats waiting for us at check-in. I highly recommend renting from Jess. We look forward to returning!

It was a hidden gem. Perfect for a PSU game weekend. The hosts even left thoughtful treats for game day tailgating. We would definitely use this property again.

Great Graduation Weekend

The home was exactly as described! Plenty of space for a group, comfortable, and lovely! The kitchen was fully stocked and had a great backyard and fire pit!

PSU football family weekend

My family gets together every season for a football game as my son is a senior and we have 2 alumni in the family. Such a nice convenient place to stay.

We had a great weekend in a quiet neighborhood, wonderful deck & backyard. Everything in the home was clean, comfy & with access to anything you may need. Good size bed/bath rooms. Very family friendly!

Great Stay, Gracious Hosts, Great Communication!

Overall we had an amazing stay. The location was perfect for a PSU football game and fit us all comfortably. The hosts were great with communication and we had no trouble getting in the house or leaving. The hosts left us treats and a piece of Happy Valley which was greatly appreciated and a very nice touch! I highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be booking again in the future!

Whiteout weekend

Convenient, quiet neighborhood, right outside of State College. House was organized, clean and spacious for 7 of us. I recommend this for any group over 5.
