Beautiful Gulfront Unit.....FREE BEACH SERVICE MARCH_OCTOBER 2 chairs and one umbrella complimentary... Pool on site. Beautiful beachfront CORNER end unit in East Destin. ENDLESS VIEWS

3 Bedroom. .Master bedroom on main with JACK AND JILL full bath. Doors in bath lead to off hallway and master bedroom.

Upstairs is an open loft King bedroom and off of it is a Jack and Jill full bath( this bath also opens to small bonus room with 4 twin beds which is considered the 3rd bedroom. Sleeper sofa in the living area .

Being the corner end unit you have high Ceilings, it is open and bright with side windows .

Larger dining table fits six chairs plus the kitchen bar fits 3 stools letting guests enjoy having a great dinner inside . Grill outside right below this unit on the boardwalk level.

Beach is your backyard.1 min and you are on the white sands Washer/dryer in unit

This was a great location and condo for our family. FYI there are two king beds and a room full of twins but the king bed did not have its own door (not in the photos or listing). The room full of twins has a door while the king bed is the loft area. I do think that the condo could have been a bit cleaner. the walls were a bit dirty and some dishes that we pulled were also dirty. But nothing that would keep us from booking this property again.

Beautiful Condo and Quiet Location

The condo is beautiful and very nice with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. It is also a small condo complex so the pool and beach were not overrun with people. It was a nice quiet part of the beach. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Perfect location

Lots of room best view you can get I would give it 5 stars with a little up dating of furniture I CAME FOR THE VIEW LOCATION so the furniture was not an issue haha give me a better deal next year I will be back !!!!!

Spectacular Views

The property was just as described. The corner unit views were amazing!!!! We walked the beach one evening, but otherwise, we spent our time on the patio. The views were spectacular!! The unit was clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. We look forward to returning!

Amazing location!

Amazing views right on the beach- exactly what we were looking for. The second king bed is in the loft (not a private room) and shares a bath with the bunk beds in the bonus room. Not a problem, but we thought it was a two bedroom unit. It needs updating but at least a thorough deep clean would be helpful. If you are planning to cook, bring *everything* you will need. Overall we loved it and our time in Destin .Thank you!

Great location and beach. That is what you are paying for. These units are not new, but that is expected. The key entry system is primitive. That really should be updated to standard keypad system.
