This clean very spacious (1,300 sq ft) 2-bedroom suite in lower level has its own entrance, 9ft ceilings, each bedroom has queen size bed and desk, queen size sofa bed in reading room, kitchen area, comfortable sitting room with 55” smart TV, electric fireplace, large deck with BBQ, table & chairs. Convenient central location close to; Departure Bay Ferry, Woodgrove Mall, Walmart, Costco and Superstore. Short walk to oceanside parks; Neck Point & Pipers Lagoon with many walking trails & beaches. Also, short walk to Pipers Pub. After your walk you can relax in the hot tub, read from choice of 200 books or play some board games: chess, backgammon, cribbage, trivial pursuit, dominos, monopoly and more.
We offer:

We had a lovely time staying here while visiting Nanaimo. Our hosts were great, offering suggestions for places to eat and even bringing us some yellow tomatoes from their garden.No problems with finding the house, check in or check out. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Brian and Helen are wonderful hosts and first-rate communicators about the suite, check-in process. Upon our arrival, Brian warmly welcomed us. The suite is exceptionally clean and comfortable and is exactly as described in the listing. Further, guests will be amazed at Helen's green thumb when visiting in the summer months; her garden is exceptional and she even gave us some of her yellow tomatoes. The suite is well located near one of our favourite parks (Neck Point) and the hot tub was very welcoming each evening. We will definitely refer Brian and Helen's rental to others who wish to spend time in Nanaimo.
