Great property in a great location! Easy walking distance to Duomo or Oltrarno area of town. Check in process with Sabrina was great. Washer and dryer came in handy during our stay. Just be prepared for lots of steps but they lead to a great view.

When we walked in it felt like we were visiting an old friend's house, everything just seemed well thought out and decorated. The steps are a lot to climb, but they are adding an elevator.

What a fantastic flat in a fabulous location! When the elevator is working, it will be even better! The cafe out front was the perfect place for us to play cards, have a beer, and plot strategy every evening. My only recommendation would be to provide fresh, fluffy towels and ample down pillows. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

We loved this Florence apartment! The unit is clean and well stocked with all the items you need. Having air conditioning and a washer/dryer was wonderful! Debi was prompt to answer any questions and she provides recommendations for restaurants in the area. We felt so comfortable in this unit and did not want to leave Florence. We highly recommend Debi’s place!

Great property and very nice location. The property manager was so nice and helpful. The only issue was the listing said they should have an elevator and when we were there it was still not installed. So the stairs were a challenge especially as we had large luggage to hall up 5 flights of stairs. And the lights in the stairs would turn off making it hard. But the apartment is beautiful and very nicely decorated. The manager was super nice and responsive. And the location was great. Highly recommend. Just hope they finish the elevator and fix the lighting in the stairs. Great place close to the center or Florence.

The property was beautiful and comfortable. It was exactly as advertised. The elevator was under repair which didn’t especially bother us, but if you are not able to take stairs it would be the only downside (for the coming months). We loved the place and wished we could stay even longer. Restaurants and the local area are very, very walkable. Highly recommend!

This lovely well-located apartment in Florence was perfect for my family. Bedrooms upstairs and down make for a nice quiet private experience. The bathrooms were immaculate as was the kitchen. The little upstairs loft/sitting room was a bonus as was the tiny outside patio...good if all travelers are not on the same schedule. We would definitely return the next time we visit Florence. Traipsing luggage up 3 floors was a good workout but there is an elevator under construction for prospective future guests. The coffee shop right across the street was delightful; decent pastry and freshly squeezed orange juice as well. In unit laundry was helpful and easy to use. Highly recommended without reservation.

This is a truly wonderful property. Our group of four adults loved it. We would easily rent it again and again. It is clear the entire unit has been professionally remodeled and updated. It is clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect from a first class unit - upgraded linens, extra coffee pods, excellent air con, hand and dish soap, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Fede, who manages the property, was professional and responsive to our questions throughout our stay. The main window looks out over the Piazza dei Ciompi, which is a a fun, busy plaza with a solid local vibe. You only need to walk a few steps to bump into a bakery, restaurant or market. The Duomo, Galleria dell’Accademia di Firenze (David) and other major attractions are all close. We walked everywhere.Be aware, the elevator is under construction and this unit is three floors up. Even when the elevator is finished, it can only be accessed after climbing one flight of stairs. This is not uncommon, but may be n issue for guests with mobility concerns.

If there was a 15 star rating, I'd rate it a 15. Exquisite, immaculate, updated and spacious. Combine that with the personal assistance provided by the property manager and I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Amazing property! Light-filled, spacious, comfortable. Beautifully decorated and maintained (and so clean!). Great location too -away from the crowds but still centrally located. Lots of comfortable areas to relax. As noted, there are a lot of stairs but mainly only a problem for us for bringing suitcases up. Communication with Debi was super easy and responsive. This was nicest of last 10 VRBOs we used. House is decorated like a high end home. Bedrooms are in the back and quiet. All AC units worked and easy to operate. Beds comfortable. Much larger washer and dryer than most European models. Host was available 24/7 for anything and helped arrange airport transfer. Highest recommendation.

The location is phenomenal. We walked to Boboli Gardens, the train station and everything in between. The property is clean, well appointed, has comfortable furnishings and is spacious enough for two couples. It even has a window screen, a rarity in Florence! The AC works perfectly. The washer, dryer and dishwasher certainly came in handy. Everything works so we never had to contact the host for repairs during our 7 night stay. If we lived in Florence we’d be lucky if this was our property. The building has old world charm but the unit is completely modern. The host is responsive and accommodating.
