Peaceful bungalow and birdwatcher's paradise 1/2 mile to the Gulf beach.

If you love wooded nature and the beach, you will love the "Sea Shire," Located off the road, nestled in a generally wooded, low-key beach neighborhood - only about a 1/2 mile - to the beautiful white sandy Gulf beaches. Those that appreciate natural beach habitats will enjoy the tranquil and active wildlife setting at our Ft Morgan guest house.
Great seafood/shrimp on Ft. Morgan and top-rated public golf courses right in the neighborhood, the Shire is well equipped and outfitted for your long weekend, or weekly summer stays. Great snow bird opportunities for guests as well. Monthly always available,

Sea Shire has 2 bedrooms, each with a full bath. One bedroom has a Queen/Twin bunk bed. The other having a King bed. The Shire can accommodate up to 5 people.

We do have two other guest houses in Ft Morgan (one on the same road, another 8 mi. west on Ft Morgan Rd ) if you want to include friends and family.

This Beach and area is spectacular, just a great place to stay and relax.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

My family & I had a peaceful stay. Location was absolutely beautiful as well as the home. Very clean property that was well maintained. It is a fantastic house at a great location! In walking distance of the beach and a few minutes drive to Ft Morgan and the ferry. Dauphin Island with Ft Gaines and the Dauphin Island Sea Lab Aquarium is a 30 minute ferry ride away. There are also nature walks just a few minutes away from the house. We spent a lot of time sitting on the back deck watching and listening to the birds. The osprey calls were amazing! One of the best VRBO houses we stayed at! Oh, and the hosts were super friendly!

The house was very clean and stocked with more than I expected. Great location just a few minutes from Gulf Shores but very quiet. Short walk to a beautiful beach that is much less crowded than the main public beach. Property manager was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Peaceful paradise!

This location was perfect, the yard, the house itself and the secluded beach just a short walk away! The ducks and beautiful birds…very natural setting while still being a short drive to activities of town if wanted. I highly recommend this home if you are wanting to truly get away from a busy lifestyle! Even the color scheme and decor of the house invited you to breathe easy and relax! There were no condiments stocked at the time we were there so maybe make a grocery list after checking in.

The place was perfect! You can walk to the beach as stated and the beach is fantastic. There is plenty of places on the property itself to be able to sit outside and have shade. We were amazed with the available hot water for showers. We could all take a shower one after another and never run out of hot water. The only thing I have to say somewhat negatively is that the yard area outside is a little overgrown so could not really get to the pond area. My grandson wanted to go there and really couldn’t. But he was thrilled with the frogs that were around!! This was a great trip and the housing made it that way!!

Location was perfect. Very short drive to a seclueded beach. Two excellent restaurants in the area. The house is hidden and parking is at the front door. Very clean inside with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Every kitchen device or utensil that might be needed. My daughter and her husband going to rent it soon.
