Located steps from Gardiners Bay in the quiet Lion's Head beach community in Springs, our waterfront home has great light and stunning sunset views. Our home has an adjacent private bay beach and is just a 10-15 minute drive to ocean beaches and the towns of East Hampton and Amagansett. With Wi-Fi, cable and DVD player, central AC, washer/dryer, our home is serene yet comfortable. Escape the city and relax on the waterfront.

A wonderful stay in Springs

Rain or shine the view is spectacular. Chris & Frank are very friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. The house is charming and cozy and a quiet respite from the madness that engulfs the village of East Hampton during the summer. We would most definitely stay here again

Amazing views and sunsets! Quiet and peaceful location two minutes away from the bay. Ten minutes drive to the shops and restaurants. Frank and Chris are very responsive hosts. I enjoyed the stay!

Lovely view of the sound, including a great view of an Osprey nest! Very comfortable home in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Natural Beauty

We are very experienced renters in the Hamptons area for many years. While this home itself is quite lovely & comfortable, the gorgeous ecosystem view and steps-away bay beach access are the best parts of this rental. The location affords easy travel into East Hampton center for shopping, Ashawagh Hall for the Farmer's Market, and Amagansett for The Clam Hut. We love the area, called Springs, as it is still most like the way the Hamptons was in the past. The owners are flexible and very easy to work with. You'll be up-close to incredible nature (ospreys, deer; pack the bug spray), and whatever the weather, this house offers a true, peaceful and beautiful vacation!
