Our 1,440 sq ft family-friendly townhouse near Disney offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and resort-style amenities. The home features 4 bedrooms (each with TV/cable), 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room—ideal for families and groups. Step outside to your private patio with a hot tub, the perfect way to relax after a fun-filled day at Disney, Universal, or SeaWorld.

As our guest, you’ll enjoy full access to resort amenities, including a large pool with an exciting water slide, a fitness center, tennis courts, an on-site gourmet restaurant, and a convenience grocery store stocked with essentials. You’ll get all the amenities you’d expect from a hotel—and more—with the space, privacy, and comfort of a home.

We are a very family-oriented home, and to make traveling with little ones easier, we’re happy to offer several baby and kid essentials for your use. As a family with three young children, we know how helpful it is to have these items readily available and are glad to share them with our guests.

One of the quietest best sleep we've had away from home vbro. The carpet is worn but well cared for. The sports bar on site wasn't great but a short walk to Old Towne was great. Many food options entertainment and gift shops. Would stay here again.

Spacious and convenient

The townhome was very spacious and convenient to Disney World. It was well equipped with basic supplies as well as kids dishes, an air fryer, and plenty of beach towels for the hot tub or pool. The house could use some new rugs and linens. Was clean but all seemed dingy and stained. Communication was easy and the binder of info was helpful. Overall a great stay for a Disney trip.

Perfect Stay

The property was great. The owner was responsive to our questions, and our minor concerns were addressed very quickly. The unit was clean and spacious. This was the most equipped unit we have rented with lots of garbage bags, paper towels, additional toilet paper, coffee, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent. There is no need to run out and get extra supplies even for a week long stay. Would highly recommend this unit.
